Meet Tiffany Nguyen!

Occupation: University Student

Age: 20

Background: She is currently a college student majoring in Computer Information Systems and outside the classrooms she dances, sometimes with Visual Distortions Dance Crew. She was born in Philadelphia and has two brothers. She is a mixture of white and Vietnamese.

Inspiration/Experiences: She is inspired by Japanese and Korean cosmetics, but her initial passion began by watching her cousin do her own make-up. As a child, she was more of a ‘tomboy’. She was told, as a child, that make-up was not needed so she didn’t play with make-up. When she entered her sophomore year of high school she began to experiment with make-up. One experience she specifically remembers was when she was secretly using her cousin’s make-up she accidentally broke her eyebrow pencil.
